As far as I can make out this version was for the domestic soviet market - the "Caenaho B CCCP" means "Made in the USSR" in the Russian Cyrillic script. Similarily the R in Raketa is rendered as a P in Cyrillic. Anyway, it looks pretty cool and is still ticking away nicely. Thanks for the comments Jbanner.
